Is nicki Minaj a good role model for kids?

She is not a good role model...But I love how she tries to make herself into one by playing both sides of the field....i love how she has black girls thinking that their poor lives in the hood is so terrible and the only successful way of life is by having a whole lot of Louis Vuitton in your house....that b*tch is shallow as hell...She has weak lines,enforces popularity over talent, Perpetuates a phony image, both physically and personally...And consistently reminds young girls of their inadequacies which makes them feel they have to "do what they have to" to make it. In short....i agree....Its sad... Adrian: You are right....the problem is that she plays both sides of the field....ultimately trying to pass herself off as one...as if she was a light bearer. She doesn't have to be a role model but I wish she wouldn't say certain things in her interviews that hype herself up as such at times.

I've never really acknowledged her as a role model but she doesn't have to be one. No offense to parents but I think it's ridiculous when they expect celebrities and artists to be role models for their children. Nicki Minaj, just like every other artist out there, does what she wants and writes music like she likes.

If a parent doesn't think Nicki is good for his or her kids then it's their job to keep them from listening to her music. If a mom does not want her daughter to take after what an artist is doing, it's her job to tell her no. An artist's job is to create music, not teach a person's kids how to act or behave.

Just to say alot of people in this catagory are idiots and will hate and insult on any question especially one that has a mainstream rapper mentioned. I think to some people nikki is a role model I seen so many girls that want to be just like her but everyone has their own opinion!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
