Is supervisory level have the same function and benefits with managers?

Both the posts have almost same function to do. When a supervisor mature enough, he will be promoted to be a manager based on his qualifications.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
