Is The Hague right to cancel Snoop Dogg's June 27 appearance?

I like the music and the lyrics of Snoop Dogg and have since the early 90s with the track from the Deep Cover movie soundtrack "187 on an Undercover Cop"..and I don't stop. While the canceling of Snoop at their festival is bordering on tragic.. it is their festival and they can decide who plays there. Could the cancellation have had better timing?Yes.

Could the decision be unnecessarily judgmental? Yes. Would I cancel Snoop Dogg at my festival?

No. Was it wrong? No because it is their festival and they can decide who plays there and make any prerequisite for playing at the festival that they like.. that does not make it a good decision or even a better festival.. in my opinion it makes the festival worse ...but the decision was the festival organizers to make and theirs alone.

A reasonable agreement would have been to compensate Snoop for his time and trouble. I would imagine that by this time, 11 days before the festival, many of the arrangements, if not all, have been made and paid for, canceling the appearance at this time so close to the date of the show will undoubtedly cost the Snoop Dogg camp some real duckets and them Crips do not like being ripped off or coming off like a sucka. Looks like The Hague now has a beef with a gang.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
