Is there a free site where you can enter a VIN# and find out whose name appears on the title of the vehicle?

In reply to CurtDawg, the Ebay thing is against their terms of service. You can't look up the name on the title of a vehicle unless you look at the actual title. There is no vin check that will provide you with that information.

Only the DMV has those records. You could technically file the paperwork to view that information (forgot what it's called), but that will take forever. The VIN was created to help track cars, not owners.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
