Is there a way I can get my neighbours dog to stop barking at night?

Call the Police , they are breaking the law by allowing their dogs to bark. It is called disturbing the peace, YOU have the right to peace and quiet, your neighbors do not have the right to disturb it. And anyone who says "that's what dogs do" is dead wrong.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
