Is there away to legally protect a tittle for a hub you want to use for future use?

If it is, then create the hub as a blank and then fill it in when you have the information you need. Hub titles are on a first come first serve basis, so if you create said hub, the title is yours. If it isn't - ie, someone else has it already, there's nothing to stop you from using it in your web site, even if you can't use it here.

I'm not sure what you are getting at here, but, you used the term legal and I'm guessing you're referring to copyright, there is no copyright in titles; however, if you entitled something, Gone with the Wind, and then wrote a story of Rhet Butler, et al, it would be consdered as passing off.

No, the title has not been used before AND the reason that I asked the question is that in the past some one used a title I used for a hub and I was told there was nothing I could do about it. Were they mistaken?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
