Is tobacco and its various uses by consumers a forbidden hub topic?

I am a non-smoker but I do find the idea of banning anything and everything concerning tobacco a little crazy, especially articles concentrating on quitting. Sorry to read that other people are having their hubs flagged for this. It makes me give pause that if I write a short story and have, say, the hard-boiled detective light up cigarette for his female client that my hub would get flagged for this!

Thanks for your comment J.S. , I had writtenthe hub in January but when it came up today flagged after a comment to it ( only 2 others) I decided to delete.

I had some ideas for quitting smoking in a Hub, but I personally feel that an article about use and uses of tobacco should not be banned.

I had the same issue with a Hub being flagged. I was writing about quitting with the aid of e-cigs and I was flagged. I decided to delete the Hub altogether, but I took a screenshot before I did!

I think you may be able to "slip" it in, but it may come back to haunt you later on. JSMatthew~.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
