You still need to make AXIS_LIB available in the class path otherwise Java will not be able to find org.apache.axis.wsdl. Java2WSDL You can do this either by setting CLASSPATH to %AXIS_LIB%;%CLASSPATH% or by adding -cp %AXIS_LIB% to your command.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
