There is not enough information in your question to re-create the problem (missing a lot of CSS and possibly HTML). However, since you know your CSS is not changing, there must be some HTML out of place.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
