Join [one word per row] to rows of phrases with [multiple words per row]?

Here's a solution that uses a different approach: instead of splitting the phrases into words it combines the words into phrases.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
