JQuery standalone Value Slider (not the image one)?

Using JQuery UI wouldn't be an overkill for you. If you want only the slider component, it will be around 20 kb. You are probably looking for jqueryui.com/demos/slider.

– Dmitry Dec 14 at 11:01 $("your_div").slider() should work . – rdsoze Dec 14 at 11:20 Did you read my question? What you gave me is a link to a part of JQuery UI (which we both agreed to be an overkill).

How odd is that? Could you edit your answer and I'll minus it? – Dmitry Dec 14 at 11:32 I think you misread my answer.

I said it would not be an overkill. Head over to the jQuery UI page. There you can select only what components you require.

20 kb should be just fine. – rdsoze Dec 15 at 11:50 yes, that's right I found that. Size is not the only problme though, I'm planning to acquire the full ownership for the control at some stage.

Nevermind thanks. – Dmitry Dec 15 at 12:01.

If you can use html5, then use the input type="range" element. See olav.dk/wf2/demo/range.asp.

Got it now, it doesn't work with FF, but works with Chromium, which is a bit of a stiff for me. – Dmitry Dec 14 at 11:07.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
