Instead of $.get() you should use load() like this.
Instead of $.get() you should use .load(), like this: $('#sortable'). Load('incl/ajax_category. Php?
Action=filtercat', {'cata': $('#filtercat').val()}); $.get() doesn't return the data, it's available in it's callback method though. .load() actually takes the result and puts it in that element. For the $.get() method, it'd look like this: $.
Get('incl/ajax_category. Php? Action=filtercat', {'cata': $('#filtercat').val()}, function(data) { $('#sortable').
Html(data); }).
1 In this case that's not the main issue, $.get() returns an XmlHttpRequest object, not the actual result/string (it's an async operation), so the content going into the .html() or .append() methods wouldn't be useful. – Nick Craver? Jun 28 '10 at 23:47 Tried html first.
Sorry, didn't include in the post. – Ben Dauphinee Jun 28 '10 at 23:47.
If I see correctly, the table with "Name of Company lawyer with responsibility" is inside a TH tag. And that TH tag has CSS class "ms-vh". So if you apply the width for this TH, it should work.
There should be a significantly better way to create the HTML your creating. // here is your content for that value // opening a div? :S ok fair enough // what are you doing?
// Seriously? Another table? // your content ... This is a classic case of abuse.
The div and the double nested table is ridiculous. Find a better html generation tool.
Hmmm its not wrapping that column – van Feb 1 at 16:32 @nav your issue is that your html is not uniformly structured and frankly a complete mess. Stop abusing 's – Raynos Feb 1 at 16:37 Raynos you did see my comment about this being autogenerated from SharePoint right? :) – van Feb 1 at 17:40 @nav don't use sharepoint.
Problem solved. – Raynos Feb 1 at 19:26.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
