Apart from setting additional include directories and library directories, you have to actually link to the library. Go to Project Properties -> Linker -> Input and write the name to the . Lib in Additional dependencies textbox.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
