Knicks vs Pacers in second round?

Zebbie G, you come up with some very good match ups and this one is another one. Briscoe was one of the toughest middleweights contenders of all time and went the distance with both Monzon and Hagler during his career He had outstanding power and a chin of iron. Hampsho was a very strong fighter also with an iron jaw though I do not believe he quite had the power or speed of Briscoe.

Still this a very even fight and would make for a close fight. Hampsho would be able to take whatever Bennie threw at him and so would Briscoe. I have Briscoe edging the tough and durable Hampsho and taking the decision.

Good fight! I enjoy your matchups. The true winner of this fight would be the fans.

I can see this being an entertaining brawl with neither man taking a backward step. Hamsho was a very tough fighter, good chin, and would win by wearing his opponent out with steady consistent pressure. Briscoe was another one who was tough as nails, good chin, and could go iron-for-iron with just about anybody.

I give Briscoe the edge because he was just a bit for versatile as a fighter and he had better overall skills. I can see these two rams locking horns in the first round and not letting go until the final bell rings. Briscoe's best chance of a stoppage would be if Hamsho's skin failed him and the fight was stopped on cuts.

But I see it going the distance and Briscoe winning by a close but unanimous decision.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
