Kohana 3 auth module, getting users with 'staff' or 'manager' role?

I didn't find an easy way to do this using the ORM, but I have a workaround. This is my code for anyone who might encounter the same problem with me.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
