Laptop Stuck on "Starting Windows" Screen. (Due to my stupidity)?

You can safely turn it off by pressing the power button for 10 seconds. Then, power it on again and start tapping F11 key on the keyboard(some Dells CTRL+F11 together) untill you see the system recovery menu. Select repair my PC then select Factory Image Restore.

Follow instructions. If it get stuck again for 45min. Take it back for warranty as you could have a damaged hard drive by rough handling of the laptop by the staff or yourself.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
