Left side numb& weak, felt lost & dizzy?

Left side numb& weak, felt lost & dizzy after waking up this morning I started to feel dizzy then my face started to feel weak on the left side, next my arm and leg felt numb and my arm felt tense and I felt disoriented and lost. This lasted about 20 min.
