Lines through my pc screen (photo included) after reinstalling windows 7.?

English is fine. What is bad is no details on what "screen", how connected to a "pc" of some kind, with some type of video card, some settings to run monitor, what work you did on your "pc". So I have to guess.

Bad monitor. Bad cable. Bad video system.

Wrong settings. Might be one of those. Swap parts if you can.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
