There is no way you would be allowed into France aged 15 on your own, except as an exchange student - and you'd have to have the documentation to prove that, plus the family to meet you at the airport when you arrive in France. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
