Looking for Late nite Cinemax movie with scene of Dorothy from WizardofOz with Planet Claire by B52s playing?

1 Actress was making a music video dressed as Dorothy from Wizard of Oz, with the lion, and tin man etc. The song playing was "Planet Claire" by B-52"s. Movie had a techno feel to it. The actress was working undercover to try to find her missing sister.

2 Only place I have seen it was on Cinemax late at night. Sometime in the mid to late 80's.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
