Finger-pointing will not help, at this point. Internally, they should have resolved the issue among themselves a long time ago. But it's too late now.

What is needed is to lend a hand for after all they did not want this to happen. They deserve all the help that they can get. Many innocent civilians suffer from the hands of the brutal few.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
