I'll check the value of both, maybe sometimes the running time exceed 4 mili seconds. Usualy it takes 0.00047 seconds to run, but it's not deterministic. I'll check signal too.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
