In New Jersey where I live it is impossible to get a teaching job. A friend of mine who teaches special ed was told by the principal of a nearby elementary school that if he advertises for one job opening he gets 750 resumes. You calculate your odds of getting a job if you are one of 750 other applicants for that one job.

I hear the percent of the occupier who have jobs is roughly the same as the general population. Outsourcing is an interesting topic. If I own a business the jobs are mine to get done so that when I hire someone to do that job for me to me I have outsourced it.

Meaning that I have someone other then myself doing it. After all if you could do it yourself without hiring anyone you would.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
