May I use Strawberry Perl and ActiveState Perl simultaneously in one computer?

This will not be a problem as both the perl s will look at different directories for modules. That is, the INC entries will be different.

You could use two (many) different perl version at once.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
