It is not clear from your question whether you are a working professional, student or an employee of IBM. Executive MBA programs are normally cannot be used for a career change in India until and unless they are full-time programs for which you have to spend an year or so out of work. IBM might have a corporate tie-up with some University so that its employees can pursue higher education but this could exclusively be for its present employees.
Check at IBM India website or if you are employee of IBM, check with the HR Manager. But if you are eligible for E-MBA then the best option would be the programs offered by IIMs for which you have to write GMAT. IIM's E-MBA programs are full-time one-year residential programs after which you also get to attend campus placements.
Executive MBA from IIM or ISB is more likely to be useful to you on the career front. However, from your choices, you could consider Manipal.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
