It is possible. At minimum you will need the following: A GPS device that has access to the internet and supports an HTTP stack for calling web services. A web server that exposes web services that can be consumed by the device.

These web services will allow the device to report the most recent GPS data to the server. A web server (can be the same one as above for low traffic sites) that allows access to a google map rendering of the GPS data. I have been working on a project that does this.

The intent of the project is to learn how and share the experience. Here is the URL gpsnerd.com/ Hope this helps. Bob.

1 -1 for http stack, insead of tcp stack – Svisstack Dec 27 '10 at 13:55 You've told me lot of things. Thank you. If I want to know further, Is there a way to contact you?

– sura2k Dec 27 '10 at 14:00 The URL above is a site for the project. There are a bunch of links to various parts of the project on that home page. You can contact me here: bobcravens.Com/contact – rcravens Dec 27 '10 at 14:03 One more thing.

To gain this kind of service, do I have to use all the parts(technologies & programming langs) in the above link? – sura2k Dec 27 '10 at 14:07 No. This can be done in many languages.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
