Mormon doctrine teaches the Holy Ghost is exclusive to LDS. Yet other churches teach of the Holy Ghost too...?

There is a difference between the Gift of the Holy Ghost and receiving inspiration from the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost may influence individuals and testify of truth. Many people throughout history have been influence by the spirit even during the great apostasy.

To have the gift of the Holy Ghost is to have the promise of the Holy Ghost's influence with you throughout your life and not just on occasion.

It's interesting because most Christian sects don't think the Holy Ghost can influence you until you become "born again". Doesn't really make much sense to me that God CAN'T influence you at all untill you confess Jesus. The truth is that God's influence through the Holy Ghost as others have said is over the entire world, influencing for good.

When an unbeliever helps a little old lady cross the street, they have been influenced by God. It is different however once you have been confirmed, then the influence is... well greater, more influential. Thus your decisions and your life will take a turn for the better.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
