Motor vehicle collision help. Who would be at fault?

Neither a police report nor an insurance claim does anything to notify the DMV that the vehicle is no longer yours. If you read the registration renewal, it will say somewhere upon it "If you no longer own this vehicle, disregard this renewal form" of similar words.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
