Doesn't hurt to get him a physical at his age, anyway, even if the symptoms turn out to be benign. The wheeze could be hairballs, or he could have a cold.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
