My car makes a swishing noise when I turn left. and water is leaking out on the floor on the passenger side of the car?

Water is building up somewhere, most likely inside the passenger-side door. There are supposed to be little drain holes in the bottom of the door but they can get clogged.

Well I was hoping to find out what might be wrong lucysue 1 month ago .

Well, clearly, you have water in the car. I am going to guess it is most likely inside the passenger door. You need to pull the inside panel off the door and see what is gonig on.

Maybe I'm not expressing myself clearly. The water is coming in somewhere under the dashboard, between paneling and where the floor carpet meets. The water is on the floor of the passenger side,it has soaked my floor mat.

There is no water in the door. If you aren't sure of what might be the problem, please, allow someone else to answer. Thank you lucysue 1 month ago .

I am sure of what might be the problem. The key words here are might be. Since we cannot see the car, no one can say for sure what is actually going on.

With your further comments, I have another thought as to what it might be, but since you only want people to tell you EXACTLY what it is, rather than what it might be, I will keep it to myself.

I appreciate you trying to help. I panic when things go wrong with my car, mainly because I don't know anything about cars and fear being screwed by mechanice. That said I would appreciate your other thought.

There is no water in the door, no signs of water. Please, if you will share. I would be greatful.

The seal at the bottom of your windshield is leaking.

You definitely need to drain that door before it rusts to pieces. You might find the drains from the outside bottom of the door, but to do it right, remove the inside panel.

Thank you for your response. The water is not coming from the door. The carpet is not even wet near the door and no signs of water streaks or anything.

The carpet is wet near where the paneling and carpet meets. It seems to leak/drip when I am making a left turn, which is when my car makes this weird swishing sound that sounds like it is coming from the right front tire. Lucysue 1 month ago .

Your other comments clear it up a little. Water not coolant from the radiator/heater can come from: blocked drain from the area in front of the windshield at the grid out front and 2 if you have a roof panel that slides back, it has a drain. Most cars with moonroofs will have one on each side, and the same goes for the air intake in front of the windshield.

The third place is an actual windshield leak. Look for a small gap in the seal between the windshield and body. Good luck.

I hope it is the intake in front of the windshield - probably the easiest to fix. Debris can block the drains from the top, or get into the drain lines. .. ..

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
