My computer crashed and it had all of my mp3's on it. I use an ipod, and when I plug my ipod into my new computer?

1 Google for "ipod to computer". You'll find approximately 10,000 pages telling you how to do it.

2 Wow. I underestimated. 2,670,000 results.

4 Nothing to add; I am just going to bookmark your question to use in one of my anti-DRM rants.

If that old hard drive was installed as a secondary drive - like a D: or E: drive or such, then the data will be on that other drive letter -- opposed to the C: drive. However, when an old drive (with data on it) is moved to a new computer and the new computer has a fresh operating system installation done - on that drive - the data will be overwritten. If you suspect the data was overwritten you could send the drive to Seagate Recovery Services so they can attempt to recover the data - that service is not cheap - but maybe you paid more for your music then what they would charge to recover the data.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
