First make sure that you have backed up your important data's in a pen drive or an external hard drive. Restart your computer. Repeatedly tap F8.
You will get an advanced boot menu. From that screen select repair your computer. Then windows will load files and ask you for administrative password.
Enter the password and proceed. Next you have to select recovery manager . Choose no if they ask for Microsoft system restore.
In the next screen you will have the option to restore your system to factory settings. Select that option and proceed.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
