I wouldnt. 4 hours at room temp is a little too long for raw meat for me. 2 hours is usually the max I would put anything on the counter and still eat it.
So long as they have not been were it was warm I would cook them now if they have had the lid on they should be fine to still cook them do not eat them raw you may be better of taking them out of the crockpot and doing them in a normal pan if you are in a hurry if not let them slow cook hope this helped you.
