My daughter is 5 months old with a small lump under her nipple?

Well im 13 and she is my weight. So she shouldnt be judging fat people because she is a fat person her self (noooooo affense!) or she is just scared because she wants diffrent nipples.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
