You can try but if you get flagged or audited for it, you could be in some trouble and for certain your day care provider would be. The dollars you deduct have to be reported as going someplace. They are pretty strict about that here in Michigan.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
