My friend's mother has stage 4 stomach cancer. It has reached her upper esophagus and there are spots on ribs & spine?

My friend's mother has stage 4 stomach cancer. It has reached her upper esophagus and there are spots on ribs & spine. She has 2 spots on her ribs and 2 spots on her spine.

She is in aggressive chemotherapy. What sites can I search to see what can help her. I'm not trying to do her doctor's job, but if her treatment isn't working, I'd want to be able to suggest what else to try.

Can she get into clinical trials? How? What alternative treatments have been know to ease symptoms?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
