My grandson dropped a small toy into the tank and it was there overnight. The toy had a battery?

Most likely, the batteries from the toy caused the fish's fins to be eaten away. Batteries contain acid that will decompose things that it comes in contact with. This reminds me of the time that my brother got a hold of some batteries when he was just a baby.

Of course, he put them in his mouth, and the acid ate away at the skin on his tounge. I assume that the same thing has happened to your fish. I would recommend keeping a lid of some sort on the tank, or placing it high up so that your grandson can't get to it.

I wish you luck.

Believe me when I say that there is no better train out there than the Thomas the train battery operated line. Its engine is very strong, very durable and it is the only train that can carry wagons uphill, no matter the angle. I cannot count the times that this train has fallen off our dinner table to the floor..still working like brand new.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
