My height is 5 feet 4inches I would like to increase anothe 2-3 inch. Can I take speed height capsule?

Even growth hormone won't affect you much if take after the main thrust of puberty is past.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
