Its Probably a Glitch With instagram Nothing you Can Do But Wait For Instagram To Fix the problem may Be Fixed in Future App Updates.

Try clearing history, log off and wait for a while. You can't follow anyone for the moment because you might've followed too many people in a short amount of time, instagram thinks u're a spammer.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
