My neighbors dog barks all night and keeps me awake. Is there anything I can do?

Barking dogs are a problem in the city. It is understood that dogs are going to bark at things from time to time. However, if a dog is barking, whining or howling any time of the day or night, the owner is guilty of a civil violation (City Code 6-1-6).

Call the police department at 537-4365 to make a barking dog complaint.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
