My neighbor's dog barks all the time, their music bothers me and they haven't cut the grass in months. What are they required to do?

The City of Lafayette has adopted ordinances governing such nuisances as dogs, noise, weeds and grass and abandoned vehicles. If you have a complaint regarding such matters, you may fill out a complaint form at City Hall. If you have a noise complaint, including barking dogs, after normal business hours at City Hall, you may contact YCOM at 503-464-6500.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
