Get rid of nasty bugs the easy way! Get it now!
Just from my own experience: Every single time one of my neighbors has either moved or had a pest control service come out, we end up with both cockroaches and mice. Every time, but one. Now, when for sale signs go up, we put out traps and spray natural repellants around all our baseboards, window frames, outlets, and places where plumbing comes through the wall.So far so good!
I really think what happens is that when the pest control starts spraying, they move from once side of the house to the other, and are mostly just herding things out. Maybe some are killed, but certainly not all. Maybe no one here has heard of a *good* pest control agency?
And in cases where neighbors move, I think the pests there are just looking for a new food source. Other neighbors who've stayed put have told me the same thing. The house to my right has changed hands three times in 9 years; the family on the other side of it has been there 20 years and seen 5 owners of the house.
They told me last year they've had the same problem I've had. I can't really back this up with statistics. It's just my own observation. Osage orange (hedgeapples) chopped and left along baseboards or foundations do seem to help.
So long as your next door neighbour's cockroaches have not entered your house yet and the Insect Pest Control service which they are hiring to help get rid of the cockroaches are reputable enough to get the cockroaches out of their house - then you should be fine. However, I would recommend that you do the following: - Are the Pest Control's history reputable? Have they managed to get rid of ALL pests inside a house and not left one or two their to breed?
- Get the Pest Control to search your house. Some may already be there and they may breed quickly and will become an increasing problem - especially as you have a phobia of insects. - NOTE: Do not worry about the cost to have it searched. It will be far more expensive to get rid of them.
- Cockroaches should die from "going from one house to the next" however, it is like humans. We survive diseases, ice ages etc - so some of the cockroaches survive as well. Therefore do not "automatically" assume that it is all clear make sure you have a professional to check.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
