My outlook express email account cannot receive mail from yahoo accounts.?

Yahoo groups has this message in their header at the moment: "We're upgrading our systems and some functions of Yahoo! Groups will be unavailable for a few hours. Emails sent to your groups will be delivered late during this time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. " I am not a yahoo insider but I believe this extends to personal email accounts as well.

I have received no new emails at Yahoo since June 1, 2015, even ones I have sent myself from Yahoo. There was a spamming incident around that time. Can anyone help with any contact to restore receipt of new emails?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
