Yes you can have fat transfer to increase your bust, I've recently seen advertisements for this procedure in newspapers here in Sydney Australia. You'll need to enquire with your local Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeries about this. Apparently it's quite expensive (About $8000 here) but only lasts a few years, and it gives a more natural look than having implants.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
