What I use... I work in a very cold environment(its our company’s torture device, they say since our pc’s run 24/7 it’ll keep them in top shape, whatever,I’m freezing...)I apply a little virgin coconut oil after every bath, then after drying up I put on lotion,my favorite,St Ives Cucumber Melon Body Lotion(I LOVE THE SMELL! )I can live without the lotion but I really have to have the virgin coconut oil,it really works for me.. 1 I have had good results with Eucerin, which is a thick white paste, a mixture of petroleum jelly and water, mostly. Much better than any lotion. Your pharmacist can suggest other, similar products.

Slather it on every morning before you go out. You might also try taking showers only every other day. Your hair might be a bit oily at first, but it will actually self-adjust over time to be less oily.

Skin is not designed to be washed every day.

2 There is also a lotion that has lots of lactic acid, which is an oil (forget the "acid" part of the name) that occurs naturally in skin. It can be irritating, oddly enough, so you might try a little at first. But it works great.

It is called Lact-aid or something like that. Your pharmacist will know about it.

4 Dermatologists in Colorado recommend the old stand by of Colorado Cold Cream...aka...Crisco. You can add a little bit of essential oils to make it smell nice but you can't beat the price. I am also fond of Bag Balm.

It kinda reeks but when you get really dry skin, especially like I would get in Colorado "The Home of Ashy Skinned People", then it does work great. You do want to apply a THIN coat of it and put on some of your crappy house sweats to sleep in. The next day, you will see a huge difference.

It is simply wonderful on your feet, because let's face it, if you legs are gatory, you KNOW your feet are bit cracked as well. http://www.bagbalm.com/Yes, I know it is for cow udders. Yes, it IS sold in drug stores in the beauty aisle.

Yes, you can get it cheaper in the pet section of Walmart. Yes, it DOES work.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
