You had constraints between t_order_items and t_orders that were trying to validate. You had to first disable them before you drop the table. This is good because it protects you and your data.

The Foreign keys might have been deleted, but the constraints were not.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
