Mysql GROUP BY or DISTINCT query usage in PHP?

I don't think you necessarily need to do all the distinct and grouping, unless your database has duplicate rows. You can select all of that in one query like so.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
