Mysql to csv without using INTO OUTFILE of mysql?

If you can connect to the MySQL server, you can run the mysqldump utility, which is capable of generating CSV files. This is far easier than trying to come up with something yourself.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
