Nazarene is it a Gnostic group or a region of the ancient Judea?

The first people to follow Yahshua were called Nazarenes.

It was Paul who created the Christian church in Antioch.

Nazarene and Christian are not the same. Christo is a Greek word.

It's possible that I am misunderstanding this question, but the Church of the Nazarene is a Christian denomination. It broke away from the Methodist Church, and has many similarities to the Baptist Denomination. The name "Nazarene" was taken from the town in which Jesus was from.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
