Your friend just needs to make some new accounts and learn to write passwords down in a notebook for future reference. Hacking for any purpose is very illegal and a serious offense, one in which law enforcement will likely get involved because of possible identity theft. If your friend can't get in contact with the facebook, and email accounts to straighten the problem out, then all she can do is make new accounts and abandon the old accounts.
